What are the requirements a user must meet to use the service?

The user will need to be a verified user (eKYC) prior to using the service. It is best to perform this before they begin the trip.

To do this, they are required to key in their MyKad number or passport details (according to the instruction shown on Touch ‘n Go eWallet). Their account will then be verified electronically.
